The customer must provide access to power and water at the service location.

Adequate space is required to safely work around the vehicle. We cannot operate on busy roads, main streets, or unsafe locations.

Our work van must be able to park directly next to the vehicle being detailed.

While we use professional products and techniques, some stains, odours, or wear may not be fully removable, and results cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

Glove boxes and centre consoles will not be cleaned unless all personal belongings have been removed prior to the service.

The Company maintains current public liability insurance. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the resupply of services. The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or loss of personal items left in the vehicle.
